Hi, I'm having a problem that I can't seem to find a solution for anywhere. Or really anyone who has had the same problem. I have an MSI motherboard and when I press delete during boot up for the settings, the menu will start to open, but I can only see a small part of it, and can't interact with anything. I can read half of click bios 5 at the top with the MSI logo cut off. and a couple of rectangles. There's also a button in the top right corner labeled F12, but it's cut off as well, and can't interact with it.
The rest of my stuff is AMD Ryzen 5 2600x, RX 580, 8GB crucial ram, crucial SSD. Don't think there's anything wrong with any of this.
I can log into windows just fine and do everything normally. The only problem is the freezing when trying to access the bios screen
I tried running M-Flash with an updated version of the bios, but when I click to access that it pulls up an empty white box with 2 button choices. I'm guessing accept or cancel, but they're blank too. When I click either button everything freezes.
I also tried clearing the CMOS, but that only led me back to the funky frozen screen I was able to access before.
If anyone out there smarter than I am would like to help, I would appreciate it.
