When my PC is booting i can't go into BIOS no matter how much i smash F11. When I turn on the PC and its booting the keyboard keys just flash for a split second and they fully light up when the BIOS is gone. Can it be that the motherboard doesn't turn on the keyboard in the boot screen? I know for sure that my keyboard is ok because its the same thing with my other keyboard. I regularly update my BIOS and drivers. What can be causing this problem? My motherboard is msi btw. I know there is an alternative to entering BIOS using some msi program but i don't care.
Thx in advanced. :)

I got a feeling your keyboard is usb.. I had the same issue. Your motherboard doesn't recognize the usb driver until it gets to the windows screen, you need to go to goodwill and buy cheap $3 PS2 keyboard (not usb).. After that connect it and press delete you should be good to go. Also you can download msi fastboot to boot to bios from windows if not its one of msi boot software that allows you to boot to bios from windows.. i got a feeling its fast boot might be something else.. I used to have msi board and now using asus, but ps2 connection keyboard was my fix.
