[SOLVED] Can't access BIOS

My son has a desktop CybertronPC - Trooper Desktop - AMD Athlon II X3 OS is Windows 10.
Fast start up is disabled. No matter what we do, we cannot access BIOS. Tried DEL (which is listed as the key to get to BIOS), tried F12 (listed as the key to get to the boot up menu)...tried both hitting it once and repeatedly upon restarting to no avail. The startup simply goes past everything and straight to Windows. Trying to enable to quadcore that the system should have, but it only shows 2 cores. All directions point to checking items in BIOS, but we simply cannot get to BIOS no matter what we try. Please advise. The CPU is running at 99% and getting bogged down. 8 GB RAM 1 TB memory.

Also, I can see that BIOS is set to Legacy Mode. However, I cannot access it to try to change it to UEFI Mode.

Solution
You'll lose any BIOS changes made, but you can always put them back.

As for not being able to access to BIOS, it's worth trying alternate USB ports. On a board of that era, some will be enabled via a USB add-on controllers, while only a couple will be chipset USB and usable in/for the BIOS.

Unfortunately, no. BIOS mode is Legacy so the UEFI box does not show up following the directions you stated. We tried that too. We have tried all of the stated ways to get to BIOS. Nothing has been successful.

tried every keyboard in the house. Doesn't seem to matter. We can get to Startup Settings where it tells you to hit 2 to get to the boot up menu, but nothing happens.
