I wanted to try and access my BIOS to mess with my CPU cooling and the fans, but when I turned my computer off and then spammed Delete to try and access the BIOS my computer would stay on but my monitor would say "No connection" and would turn off. After attempting to turn the monitor back on and still not seeing anything but a black screen, I turned the computer off with the power button and booted it back up again normally hoping to get windows. It was fine and everything was normal again but I still can't access the BIOS. Also, thank you in advance I have no other options and I can't solve the problem.

My Computer Specs:
  • Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra
  • Core i9-9900k
  • RTX 2060
  • Windows 10
  • 16GB ram

go to Settings/Update & Security/Recovery
under Advanced start up, click restart now button
after restart, it should load windows into a blue menu
choose troubleshoot/advanced/UEFI firmware Interface
this should restart PC in the bios

I've just finished trying that with my monitor, and just to double-check I used two different monitors and two different HDMI cords but still see no signal, while the computer runs.
