Can't access certain webpage and its services via my home wifi

My home wifi does not want to open www.socialclub.rockstargames.com, it seems to time out everytime I open it within my network. Since it times out, that means their services can't be reached when connected to my home wifi allowing me to not be able to play GTA Online. I have tried manually changing my DNS to Google's DNS and it worked fine allowing me to access Rockstar's servers until today, Google's DNS decided to not connect Rockstar's services. I've switched to Open DNS and the issue still occured. I've performed a factory reset on my router and the issue continued. Any ideas on what I should do next?
