How do I get to that menu if I can't boot? I also cant get to the trouble shoot menu. And I am not trying to have an attitude.

Option 4 is to hit F8 or SHIFT+F8 while it's starting up. Your YouTube video appears to show it attempting to boot to Windows. You would hit the aforementioned keystrokes prior to that phase.
