Can't access drive on Windows after using ntfsfix

I have a 4 tb WD red drive that I was trying to access via a Ubuntu usb stick. I used ntfsfix to allow me to access the files via the bootable stick. I then installed windows 10 onto a separate 1tb drive and tried to access it from there, but it wouldn't even recognize the drive at all; it doesn't appear in the file explorer, device manager, or drive manager. I am still able to access the files from within the bootable ubuntu usb stick.

Nevermind; I just restarted windows and it's showing up. I didn't do anything special.
