Can't Access facebook weird symbols, letters and numbers

Alright so I'm having this weird issue where going to website gives me this super unusual page that looks like this http://prntscr.com/bek3q6 Now normally the fact that I can't log into facebook or do anything with the website would be more than okay with that but unfortunately there is a website i do frequent daily is linked to my facebook and even that wouldn't matter if i didn't have a massive list of bookmarked books on it that i need to keep track of. Is there anyway to fix this. I can access facebook with other browsers which makes no sense on the same computer just chrome....
