Cant access folder

You currently dont have permission to access this folder. And some files from the folder is missing too please help me guys

Explain a little more. What kind of computer? What kind of hard drive? What kind of file? What is in the file? Is the hard drive internal or external? What else is on the hard drive?

So in the folder I can access some of sub folders and some subfolders I can't. In those folders are photos and videos. External harddrive Samsung.
Maybe I can go test it on another PC? But I'm scared to do that I I don't want to lose those files.
