Question Can't access folder

Hi! I cant access C:\Program Files\Common Files\DESIGNER I get a massage that the folder is not available... When I go to properties and under the security tab it says I need read access to see the properties. And I can't change annything under the advanced button... This prevents me from installing Office... I am the Admin user on the PC

"Error 1303.Installer can't access to the folder C:\Program Files\Common Files\DESIGNER. Control that the folder exists and that you have the right permissions to uppdate it."
