I have a new Dell PC (Windows 10) and I have tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome to access the GUI of a gateway device or a server. I had the same issue on my old pc running Windows 7. The only way I can access it is to restart my pc then I can log in. After awhile it starts again and I have to restart my pc once again. Any ideas? Thanks

This is what Firefox gives me:

The connection has timed out

The server at 10.XX.XX.XX is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

After I reboot then I can access. Then after a few hours it stops again.

I think I finally found my problem. I have a vpn network that I log into at times and after doing a tracert I found that I was trying to use that network which is blocked instead of my main network. Don't know why I didn't think of this before. Live and learn. Thanks
