Can't Access Mobo Bios

I can't open my motherboard bios setup to update my bios, when I first launch my computer and I am wonder if there is a fix to it. The mother board is MSI B350 Gaming Pro Carbon if that helps out any bit.

When I restart my PC it says press F11 or <delete> to get into the settings and when I press either of the keys it won't open it.

try f2 as well.if that doesnt work reset your bios by removing the cmos battery for a few minutes.
