Cant access nas from network

I have an unraid NAS. I am able to access it from my explorer via tower or its IP address, but it does not come up in my network. I can access from my Mac, but not my win7 machine,

Any help is appreciated,

By Network you mean when you go to browse it? You probably need to go to the config page and set it up on the same workgroup as your other computers.
