Can't access netgear router sw...

Netgear wndr3700v2.

When I go to http://www.routerlogin.net or the other recommended addresses, I get the user and password dialog box, but when I enter "admin" as user and "password" as the pw, it just brings back a blank user password dialog box. I have also tried "1234."

I have reset the router. I have upgraded the firmware and still the same result.

Any suggestions?

could someone have changed the login information?

Well yeah, but as that's why I reset the router, and when that didn't work I upgraded the firmware. This should reset the login info.

mhm... this is odd well since resetting the router didn't work have your tried logging onto it in a different web browser?

Yes, very odd. I've tried chrome and explore as well a fFox.
