Can't access old audio files on newer phone

I have a few old whatsapp audio files from my old phone which I can see in my file manager but some of them won't play while some do.
Is there any app that will help me?

Try converting video files. what phone do you have?

I have a samsung J7 Prime ...those audio files are from 2014 and 15 when I used a micromax canvas 2

try to save the video files to a PC and play them on pc. hope this helps
