Can't Access Router Settings b/c of port 80

I was trying to port forward my Xbox One. I had already forwarded some ports, but when I tried to port forward port 80, the whole router's website froze. I may have accidentally clicked too many times on the forward port button, that is all I have to work on. I have a Verizon router. Whenever I try to access my router's settings now, the page keeps trying to load until the connection times out. I used the windows diagnostics on it, and that told me, "The remote computer isn't responding to connections on port 80."

I am a very big noob, so please, extremely simple layman's terms when you answer. Thank you all in advance!

Factory reset your router and don't mess with port 80 ...
