Can't access router settings

Recently I got an ARRIS touchstone data gateway DG1670 installed at my house by my ISP. It works fairly well, but I can't access the settings through my web browser. According to Command prompt (using the ipconfig command) the default gateway is 192.168.0.1 . When I type that into any browser it doesn't work and I get "Hmm, we can't reach this page". I tried resetting it and it still doesn't work, but now I have the long default password instead of my own custom one. I've tried multiple devices and browsers and made sure that the Internet protocol is automatic.

By the way I'm connected through Wifi

Sometimes the wifi access to the admin site is turned off. Try getting to it with an ethernet cable.

I Attached my computer to the router using Ethernet and there still seams to be a problem.

if it is from your provider you wont be able to acces it the block it with coded password .
