Can't access SAMSUNG BIOS

I have this laptop Samsung NP270E5G

PRODUCT CODE : NP270E5G-K05AE

I keep pressing f10 , f11, f12 , f2 , esc , delete even f8
still cannot access the BIOS settings.

each time I boot the device it doesn't have instructions such as

Press F2 for boot options etc... etc..

After powering the device the SAMSUNG logo appers then proceeds to Preparing for Automatic Repair ... etc etc. infinite loop happens here.

This laptop came from UAE and their customer service is the most worst of all.

Start tapping f10 and then start your laptop. What appears on the screen after starting and continually tapping f10? On the Samsung there should be an option to modify BIOS Settings on the page. Select that and you will enter BIOS.

nothing shows up even hitting f10. i've tried to reset the CMOS but no cmos battery inside(some laptops doesnt have cmos battery) and there is no such option such as modify bios settings.

Is this laptop new and you've never set anything up? Did your laptop come with any install media for the mobo?

this is not my laptop. this laptop belongs to my cousins friend who wants to fix it to me.

that person is just using this laptop for education purpose and she doesn't know about computers her purpose for this are assignments and school projects.

and this laptop is not kinda new .. somewhat 2 years old like that. didn't set anything here.
