Question Cant access specific website only on my network

So this website is hosted by someone i know and i help them manage it, the website is accessible on any network besides mine it seems. I called the hosts and they said it looks fine on their end. Called my ISP and got the most useless person yet (yes for the 15th time i have tried a different browser). They got me to replace my modem guaranteeing a fix and it didn't fix it. Below is the result of the traceroute diagnostic if that is of any use. I can access anything else flawlessly its just this one website and its only people on my network. When i try to access it it says the connection timed out.

What error messages or pop-up windows do you get when access fails?

Any error messages in your router? (Presuming that your router has logs and that logging is enabled.)

When you setup access to manage it do you think you may have forwarded ports to another machine on that lan.
