Can't Access Spelldown

I only play three games: Crossword, Collapse and Spelldown.
Crossword & Collapse work fine.
Spelldown tells me I'm either behind a firewall, not
connected to the Internet, game server is down or I have a
stale page in my cache.
The only one possible, I think, is a stale page. How do I
find this stale page and how do I get rid of the stale
page?
Or do I have to change some settings in my Advanced
Internet Options?

To clear the cache:

Try these browser settings to prevent a stale cache in the future. Line
8b is the cache setting:
