Can't access the internet.

Hello, I seem to be connected to the WLAN but the network and sharing center says the network doesn't have the internet. I can access the internet from two other computers on the same WLAN. I tried ping the modem and that didn' work either. Please help.

Also, when I tried to refresh the IP address it said something about media disconnected.
