Here is the map of my existing network:

Internet ---- Huawei modem ---- TP-Link router

My PC is connected directly to the modem
Modem's model: Huawei HG8045A
Router's model: TP-Link WR841N

I can't access the router through the modem. The last time I was using a GPON modem and It was fine. But since I moved to the Huawei one, it doesn't work anymore

How do I fix this?
Answers are really appreciated!

The "modem" is a modem/router combo. If you connect the Huawei to the TP-Link WAN port, then it is like you are trying to access via the internet which is usually prohibited. If you want to use the TP-Link you would convert it to a WIFI access point, and then connect to one of the LAN ports.
