Can't access TP-Link

Hello there, I am having alot of trouble I cannot access my TP-Link WiFi router with the default username and password (admin-admin) when I try it this happens: http://i.imgsafe.org/11ac646.jpg
I want to configure my router, cuz i have a BIG problem, my connection strenght has fallen alot! From 8mbps to 2mbps...I sent an email to my internet provider and they're not replying, for 4days already. I have two PC's connected to my router via ethernet cable.

Press the reset button on the back of the TPlink in until all the lights go out. This will restore it back to factory setting and you must re-setup your wifi network. This time change the default signon so that everybody in range can't mess with it.

I have tried that more than once, and it didn't work.

Perhaps its time to replace the TP_Link then.

What do you mean replace?

The router is acting up and does not reset... perhaps its time to purchase a new one.
Try the reset button one more time, this time hold it in much longer and see if that will trigger it.

I went to my internet provider and they said they don't allow people to access the control panel of the router.
