Can't access windows/temp folder

So i'm trying to fix this:

but I can't seem to get access to windows/temp folder even though i gave the "user" all permissions, so I tried this:

But i get this error and again, no permissions.

AVG reporting error one year later? Do you have latest version as would think it could fix it by now.

I do have the latest version, that guide is not so efficient, thanks anyway

I would ask on tenforums since you found a link there that says you can do it, its likely the owner of the folder is the system user or trusted installer and they two I don't advise people take permissions off as windows falls apart fast if they can't do anything.
