Cant acess 2 last TBs on my 4 TB Drive

I have a 4TB Seagate Hybrid drive that i used as my main drive for my desktop build. I couldn't access the firs 2TBs of the disk when i installed windows on it but my MOBO came with a CD of Drivers and one the drivers was for 4TB drives, so i installed that and BOOM the last 2 TBs was accessible. Dint need to re format or do anything other then install the driver. Then i sold my build (hard drive not included) and now i NEED some work files of it and they happen to be on the dark side of the drive (haha you see what i did there?) and now i need a way of accessing those files that DOESN'T involve formatting it into GBT mode and losing all that info, what the bloody h**l do i do?!?

Physically plug it into a system. My USB 2.0 external drive "adapter" won't see the second 2TB either. (I haven't tried my new USB 3.0 adapter yet.) If you plug it into a new enough system that can handle 4TB drives it should be just fine.

Redownload the driver from Seagate.

problem is i don't have a system right now, these files i need the asap and all i have to work with is a laptop with a broken hinge and no battery. but you are saying there is no external HDD drivers for something like this?

Friend with a good enough computer? I haven't had to plug one of my 4TB drives into my new USB 3.0. Though reading the title of the one I bought it says it supports 4TB drives. (Though from the questions asked it seems your system needs to support 4TB drives as well.

I've only tried IDE drives with this and so far I'm not impressed. Though to be honest this has more to do with the age of the drives I suspect. I can try seeing how well it reads SATA drives when I come home from work tonight. Check your laptop to see if it supports 4TB drives.
