Hey guys!

I just recently upgrade my CPU and Motherboard. I can't seem to achieve 3200mhz. I was able to achieve 2800mhz for at least 2 or 3 days, after restarting my PC I had to go down 2733mhz.

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 3900x
Asus B450-F Gaming
Corsair Vengeance LPX (CMK16GX4M2B3200C16) 4x8GB

I've upgraded to the latest BIOS, I've also tried upping the DRAM voltage from 1.35V and still nothing. I have DOCP enabled as well.

The reference you indicate is for a 2X8 GB kit. As I understand, you are running 2 of those kits, but on the QVL for your MoBo this reference is given to run at 3200 with 2 sticks only.
My understanding is that you already tried your best and that you either will have to run at a lower speed or go for a 32GB kit indicated on the QVL (there are several tested at 3200 Mhz).
That said, running 4 sticks at 3200 Mhz on a b450 board can be a crapshoot.
