cant activat windows 10 family pack upgrade from vista to 7

3 computers have same microsoft #.
Windows 7 64 bit running on all 3.
I installed windows 7 from vista years ago with the 3 computer family pack upgrade.
With the upgrade they give you one microsoft # for all 3 computers.
Now windows 10 will only l et me actavate 1 computer.

Windows 7 is activated and running on all 3 computers
I would like to do clean install
No one has any idia

Vista and the earlier XP were not included in the deal to upgrade to Windows 10. You need to have 7 or 8 installed and activated before you qualify.
