Can't Add a network printer

Everything OK but can't add a network printer, and also show in network folder sometimes added sometimes can't print. What to do?

What kind of printer is it? Is it wired or wireless? Has it ever worked before? Did you install the included software? Did you install the drivers from the website?

Most network printers have their own webpage. Find the IP address in the printer's system menu and log onto it.

The best way to add a printer (of any kind) is to download the correct and latest driver suite from the manufacturers website. Then run it. If you've followed the Printers initial setup correctly, your on. If not, redo the initial setup and getting it on the network again.
