Cant add my metwork printer

Hello,
I have a problem. We swithced from Shaw to telus and now my computer doesnt see our ptinter. Im tryimg to add but its just not there. I checked the IP address in printer and also of my network (its a network printer ) difference is IP Printer - 192.168.0.100 and my network IP is 192.168.0.101.. Nether of them I could change. well my point is .. I have no idea how to make it work ... Help Please.
