cant add unallocated memory partition!!

Hi ,
I have windows server 2008 R2 , I have 500Gb of unallocated disk in it.Now how to add it to the existing drives.Right click on the unallocated disk has only props/help only enabled!!
help needed..

Its resolved 😀
the disk was in offline mode made it into online and gave partition style as Master Boot Record(MBR) ,thats it and then made into RAW partition !!!
