Hi. I having a Phanteks 360 a tower with 3 stock front fans. Also having two fans under the radiator at top, and a aio pump.
I dont know who cabinet fans that i can adjust or not but i can only adjust 3 of them, is it normal for the two radiator fans to not be possible to be adjusted?

Also im not sure if they run as they should, i have much fan noise when i play 4K games, the cpu is only 50c and motherboard etc is 42c. But the fan noise is high. Could it be my rx 6950xt that is the guilty for the higher blowing sound when gaming? As soon as i go down to 1440p the sound is much lower.

hmm, I would look at the rpm of the fans. After about 1500 rpms, it can get really loud. The 6950 xt runs hot and your theory is possible. You should be able to adjust them all and a fan hub may be in order.

It is definitly the card that making the higher speed sound from the fans.
Some games like re4 is harder then others, and i can put the fans in amd software to silent but then it goes from hotspot 80-82 to 85 and could toutch 90c too before going back to the 85. 90c should be ok with this card? It sounds so hot but it only peaked it for a couple seconds and then i changed back to balance mode on the fans.

My 6900 xt oc formula does the same when riding the 350 w power limit. This is normal for these gpus. I remember my old Vega 64 would be at 95c the entire time. It lasted awhile but I don't prefer that behavior.....

Sounds very hot yes. Seems like this card having a temp around 79-83 hotspot average with 4K ultra. It is going up and down in speed depending if its cutscenes or if i browse menu etc, the sound of the fans is what i dont like, sounds like they wont last long but im probably very wrong, 2000rpm for most of the time they run while i play, so as long as they will last i dont care since i play with headset.

1440p make it go to 800-900 rpm and barley noticable. The difference with 4K or 2k isnt much either with high/ultra settings :)
