Solution
This is supposed to be a known issue with Catalyst 15.7.1, which is also the latest driver for Windows 10

Problem: LCD brightness control not working
Solution: Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
At both:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0000
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0001
Find both:
MD_EnableBrightnesslf2
KMD_EnableBrightnessInterface2
Set both to 0.

Reboot
You may need to, in Device Manager, disable your video adapter and re-enable.
Test your LCD brightness settings Fn + F8, F9

Solution
Check with fuijitsu, there is probably a driver you'll need to install to handle hardware controls. Fujitsu is probably using a proprietary control system for controlling the brightness. I had to do something similar to get my volume and keyboard backlighting working on my laptop.

This worked!! Thank you so much.

Is there anyway you could simplify this for the sake of those who aren't very tech savvy? I think I understand that I need to adjust a file somewhere, but I am not sure what kind of file. Could you elaborate please?

Those instructions are about as simplified as they can possibly be. I would suggest googling for instructions or videos on how to use "registry editor" and then you can probably figure out the rest. There are 4 places where changes need to be made.

It's unlikely there will ever be a newer driver to fix this as 15.7.1 is already two years old.
