Hello guys, I'm to the forum,
thanks for the help in advance!

So my problem is that I added an SSD M.2 970 Evo Samsung to my desktop pc which already on hard drive disk and an SSD with my OS on it (windows 10). I have a Gigabyte Motherboard Z170X-Ultra Gaming
When I plugged my M.2 SSD, my windows couldn't start. So i went in the Bios and I saw that the old SSD which contained the OS wasn't available in boot options. There was only the new SSD M.2 and the HDD available. When I unplugged the new SSD M.2 everything worked as before.

So my question is: How can I boot my pc without putting the OS on the new SSD M.2 ? How can my PC detects the 3 Periphericals ?

Every answers are highly appreciated !
