Cant Boot! AA8 Duramax strange sound!!

My mobo come out a very strange sound like siren alarm sound. Anyone try before? and the post code stop at 9.0. and from the manual mean (Complete uGuru initial process, AWARD BIOS take over booting job). Before at my study place it work well then bring back my hometown then can not boot already! please Help and Tys.

Beside it also come out warning at guru Clock and the side keep blink at the fan speed. But I checked all my fan is running.

Action tried:
1)Reslot graphic card and ram and even without this two component it aslo come out the strange sound.
2)Change power supply
3)Reslot mobo

Abit AA8 3rd Eye duramax
P4 530 3G
Corsair 2 X 256 MB Value ram
Gecube X300 128MB
80GB WD HD
TTBig Typhoon

the repeating hi lo is usually a voltage, temp or fan rpm outside the set warning parameters.
Can you get into the hardware monitoring section of the BIOS to check?

Cant boot at all. no screen. just strange sound. Actually it is no the first time I meet this problem but normally will ok but this time whole day also cannot boot. forget to post my spec

After one day I left it there, it can normal boot already. Anyone can tell me actually what the problem is because if next time this problem occur how I can solve. Tys
