After upgrading the BIOS the windows doesn't boot.
The CD can't simply repair the PC, flashing the BIOS does nothing...
It was working before (not flawlessly but it was)
My motherboard is the MSI H97M-G43
Windows 8.1 is up to date as well as Nvidia Drivers

Components:
-i5-4590 @stock,
-8 GB ram DDR3-1333 (stock)
-msi H97M-G43 motherboard
-EVGA 600B (600w bronze)
-Zotac GTX770 AMP!
-Windows 8.1 OEM of course
and an SSD, a secondary HDD, DVD, 3 fans an NZXT case but I don't think it matters...

Thanks for the help, I'm really a noob when it comes to motherboard and BIOS...

Solution

Is there any display? You may have bricked the BIOS. That motherboard probably has dual BIOS, so switch to the other BIOS.

I can access the BIOS and do pretty much everything, it's after windows is telling error 0x000000f, with the windows CD I can access to options such as reset, refresh and all the repair menu but none seems to be working.

Try booting in safe mode. There should be an option for that when you start the disc. Then go to CMD and type sfc /scannow and let it do its thing.

Solution

I can access cmd through system repair but I don't know how to boot in safe mode...
Thanks for support by the way

When you boot to the disk, a blue screen with options should appear. Press troubleshoot, then it will restart. Then press 4 when it shows another blue screen with words to go to safe mode.

Well I have to ask you what do you mean by booting the disk, if it's just a normal boot well I never saw that blu screen haha thanks again for the help

Boot to the installation disk. The blue screen is not an error blue screen, it is a UI that has a blue background. Sorry for any confusion. :)

Well I just tried again and I can't access the BIOS, it just shows the MSI logo and then offer me to boot from a disk, which is the purple one for win8. Then it's a blue screen for system repair and I can't see the safe boot option. There the scan now command says there is a restart pending, even after multiple shutdowns.
If I skip booting from a disk there a weird yellow and gray screen showing all ports I think and says press ESC to skip startup.nsh but freezes if I do or not.

So you think the bios is bricked? My package doesn't talk about a dual BIOS and doubt my motherboard is high end enough for it.
So can I fix it myself or should seek a pro?

Well I'm not even able to access the msi logo nor the boot from a CD/DVD now, only the startup.nsh page

Okay, that is odd. Not sure what to say besides flip the dual BIOS switch.

As I said, I think I only have one BIOS, I'm trying a reset (with the battery out for few minutes), with the USB including the BIOS update plugged in. If it does not get better, I'll just go to my local computer store and tell them to fix that. Thanks for the help, really appreciated

Alright, no problem. I hope it works. That motherboard isn't OVERLY expensive, so you should have no trouble if they need to get a new one.

Go to troubleshoot. There should be a tile for that.
