Question Can't boot after bios update

I just updated my asus prime z390m-plus bios, by following Asus guide.
after the update I got a message with American setup (something like it) and in this message it was something with override, I didn't read the whole message and I just presses F1 to run setup
after that I got the bios and now whenever I'm trying to get out from the bios its keep sending mee to the bios
I cant see my HDDs and my SDDs in boot priority.
what can I do?

I am having a similar problem with my Asus B350-F motherboard I can boot up my computer but only when I manually click on the ssd that has Windows on. It doesn't boot up on to Windows automatically and I don't want to fiddle with the bios settings as I don't really know what I am doing. Is there any easy fix I can do?
