Can't boot after clean install win7 home

First boot and only:
Verifiynig DMI Pool Data and blinking kursor... what i've done till now:

format NTFS from dos
test ram,hdd(MHDD) and power- no errors
disconnected all internall components
update bios
change sata mode
fixboot and fixmbr after install

test xp home working with no problem
test ubuntu working

i have no ide what is going on:/ there is two options, my motherboard is damaged or maybe there is some magic trick from microsoft.

did you install any new hardware recently? and or do you have an ssd drive?

Check boot order.
Are Windows and Ubuntu installed on the same hard drive?

no any new hardware, standard HDD Samsung 250GB 7200RPM

Ubuntu and XP installed only for testing, on the same drive, after testing format and another unsuccessful attempt with windows 7.

Boot order checked

Did you try Safe Mode at all? Try that.
If you can't or if that does not work...
Try booting up with the Windows DVD and try doing the automatic repair option.

Fyi its not a good idea to use linux and windows on the same drive. I would get an external drive also im not sure which key it is but its one of the F-x keys you hold down and select which os you want to boot too. if i were you i would uninstall linux and or install it on an external drive.
