Cant boot after putting in DDR3L 8GB RAM in a DDR3 Laptop

Please help, I've researched that DDR3L should not have any issue in DDR3 Motherboard (it was said that it has backwards compatibility and will adjust its voltage to the same as DDR3) but now I cant boot my Laptop, it freezes on boot and then shut itself down, anybody know how to fix this?

Get a proper DDR3. Your issue is most likely the new memory.
