Cant boot ASUS laptop from usb

Hello,

I have tried to find a way to boot my Asus model x551ma laptop from my usb so that i CAN RUN NIRESH but still no luck.I installed rukus and that finally enabled the laptop to recognize the usb but not the boot category.

If it's win7 use a USB 2 port. What exactly are you trying to install on it?
