Question Cant boot Asus t200t

I am trying to format a disk on the laptop. I was not able to boot from USB because the only option it offered was windows manager. I then disabled secure boot and whatever I tried to do, the disk was protected with the BitLocker.

So I got into CMD and deleted the partition via the following steps:
ist disk
select disk n
list partition
select partition n
delete partition override

And here I deleted the system partition. Now I cant do anything, when I restart the computer it goes straight to bios. Under Boot tab, I have literary no options. What can I do now

Edit: now I get the option to boot from USB, but every time it just goes straight back to BIOS, no matter what I do -.-
