Hi,
Ok, so i've been trying to set up a live Linux boot from an SD card read from the SD slot(laptop), and it works flawlessly. But the problem is, in order to boot form my sd card i have to access the BIOS every time even though i set it up so that it checks for the SD card OS first.(I also turned off safe boot). That's really not all that big of an issue, but i can't boot directly into BIOS. I don't have the "press ecs to enter menu...whatever" option when i boot my laptop. In order to get into my BIOS i have to boot WIN 8.1, then shift click restart, wait about 5-6 minutes, choose a restart option, wait another 3-4 minutes and then acess the BIOS. Is there an easier way to set this up? I'd love an option in which if my Linux SD is in the pc, it boots Linux and if it isn't it does the normal procedure.
I have a HP 450 G1 running win 8.1 (kinda unnecesary)
Advice would be greatly appreciated
thanks
PS, sorry if i put this in a wrong category but I think i got it right.
