Cant boot from cd room?!

hi all

i`even get problem i tried alot to fix it but nothing happen

well,i tried to format my old laptop acer aspire 5720

it have windows vista





i put ide 1😱ptiarc dvd rw ad-756oa at the first

when i try to boot nothing hapeen, just run the windows normaly

i even tried to put usb cd room the same thing happen

i tried to change AHCI Mode to IDE Mode when i did that and tried to boot blue screen show up for few sec and the laptop restart

(i have pc have DVD can i plug it to my laptop and boot from it? if yes can u please tell me how)

You need to make the CD ROM the first item in the Boot Order. As it shows in your screenshop the HD is first, a 160GB hard drive.
