Can't boot from Parted Magic USB

I'm trying to use Parted Magic to clean my SSD so that I can install Windows onto it, as it has been buggy and won't work correctly, however when I put the usb that contains Parted Magic into my computer and try to load up the Boot Menu, it just freezes on the first screen. If anyone has any tips, please respond.

You can clean your SSD by using diskcheck.

Search on youtube on how to do it. "how to format SSD/HDD using BIOS".
