Question Can't boot from USB anymore?

Hey I was trying to reinstall my Windows 10 with same USB that I did dozen of times, because the lack of CD-ROM, but this time the laptop says: Cant boot from USB? I searched in google and youtube and tried everything possible with no result. I turn off SECURE BOOT in BIOS and there is no LEGACY USB option there for sure. What happened and how to fix it?
