Can't boot from usb drive windows 10

Whan i boot from usb flash drive it only shows a prompt blinking
I don't know what dose it mean and how to solve it

Can you please check and confirm if used the Correct Method to Create a Bootable USB Drive?

You may also have to set the USB drive as first boot device in BIOS, if the Boot Options list cannot be opened using any of the function keys.
