I currently have WIN 10 on my main SSD, I am trying to boot from my USB which has WIN 10 on it however everytime I select it as my main boot method I always get send to WIN 10, it completely ignores the USB.

Solution
Try the usb stick on your friends pc, see if it's still working or possibly redo it there.

Have a look here, https://www.asus.com/support/faq/1013017/ its legacy bios but you'll have the options in yours.

Look for CSM (Compatibility Support Module) and secure boot options in your bios and try the suggestions.

I've had Win 10 on the USB before and it worked, however now it does not work. Ive also tried the Media Creation Tool which gave me an error at the end. Im trying to reinstall WIN 10 as there is malware on it.

Yes, I received a flash drive from a friend which had WIN 10 on it and has worked before, when used on my PC it does not work.

I am re-downloading the media creation tool, all I know is that when it fails to install on the flash drive it creates it into an ESD-USB

Error that I receive is 0x80070005 - 0xA001A

Ryzen 1600
GTX 1080
B-350F Mobo
250GB 850 EVO (Main boot)
2TB HDD

Ive tried the front panel 3.0 and one 2.0 USB ports, could try again though.

I believe it may be malware that is causing it, when trying to reset my PC through Windows clicking on the option results in nothing, only a quick loading circle thats it. I also cant type in the search bar and a few other things.

There is an option on my BIOS where I am able to wipe my SSD, however my SSD is not supported by it, I dont know if its a possibility but I can try to connect my SSD to a friends PC and wipe it like that.
