Can't boot from USB!

I currently don't have any os installed on my PC and when I try to boot into a USB i.e. I click on the pen drive in boot menu, there is a black screen for 1 second and it brings me back to drive selection in boot menu
I have even tried to boot from an Android app called drivedroid and its default boot program boots but when I try to install win 10 or sliTaz os it again shows the blank screen.
Am I doing something wrong?
This is my first time.

I have checked:
Using both uefi and legacy boot
Formatted USB to fat32
Put USB in 2.0 port

I didn't, is it necessary??
If yes, then how to do it.

yes, you can't boot into usb drive if it's not disabled. what's your m/b?

The mobo is rather a local one of zebronics (even I have forgotten which one) but no worries I'll find out how and try and notify if it works

UPDATE:NOTHING HAPPENED OTHER THAN THAT THE BLACK SCREEN FLASHES FOR EVEN LESS TIME
