Can't boot in Windows 8.1.

I have been running 8.1 for quite awhile in a RAID 1 configuration. Somewhere along
the way my system started showing a D: drive and I could only boot with SATA set to IDE.
I guess my mistake was trying to fix that. At present I can not boot at all and I am in danger
of losing all my data. Automatic repair does not work. From a boot disk, I tried to run
SFC /scannow,but it won't let me because it says a repair is underway, even after many
reboots. It won't let me refresh. I removed one of my RAID drives so I am only
dealing with one drive. I ran: Bootrec /fixmbr bootrec /fixboot bootrec /scanos and
bootrec /rebuildbcd. First 3 work, but it won't build the BCD file. Last error was
"boot Manager Generic Error oxc0000001. It tried a repair and failed with codes
of 0x6 and 0x90. I would really appreciate some help on how to get this bootable
again.

There was no solution offered for this problem (that I am aware of). But I did solve it. After trying every solution I could find on the internet (including SFC /SCANNOW), I removed one of my two raid drives and hit install instead of repair. It said I would lose my files, but I did not (I could have gotten the files of the second raid drive anyway).
The install cleared up all my problems. I can even get to the 'Store', which was not possible even before my "can not boot" problem. My files were saved in a "windows.old" directory and I moved them back where they belong manually. I then plugged the second raid drive back in and it was "rebuilt" by the system.
