Can't boot into UEFI-Bios and can't join UEFI at system boot

Yeah, like the title say; i can't boot from Windows 8.1 into UEFI-BIOS (the option is not there believe me) and when i reboot manually and try to press DEL (which has always gotten me into the UEFI) nothing happens.

I have to add that i turned ON ultra fast boot, but i am not sure if that is the cause of the problem.

How do i get into UEFI? The Windows reboot opt doesn't work and neither can i get in on startup...

Try pressing f2 or f3 and see If you manage to enter the BIOS.

No, the problem is Gigabyte Ultra Fast Boot, it doesn't activate USB until loading Win in order to be faster. You can only get into it by a tool called Fast Boot which lets you change UEFI settings ffrom Windows.
