Question Cant boot into Windows 10 / Black screen

My friend has a problem where she cant get into windows.

The problem began like this:
She was downloading a game and went to shower, in that time pc went to sleep and when she came back and tried turning the pc on, at first everything seemed (fans turn on, single beep from the beeper, bios splash screen) but than when it was time to boot into the windows there was only a black screen.

What we tried:

1. Resetting bios
2. Tried running the pc from the integrated gpu

Now we are trying to reinstall windows but she seems to have problems with that to..

What im asking for is some suggestions.

Did you recreate your installer using Windows Media Creation Tools? Might want to pass on your full system's specs, in case it's not a hardware issue.

Which version of Windows 10 was she on?

CPU: i7-7700k
Motherboard: Asus Z270-P Prime
Ram: 2 x 8GB DDR4
SSD/HDD: 1SSD, 1HDD
GPU: Gigabyte 1080

For the version i cant really provide any information since i dont know how check if she cant enter the windows and i dont think she knew which one it was.. but it was genuine windows so latest ?

At the end we got it to work by reinstalling windows. So i guess it was corrupt drive? idk..
